I'm Kiara, founder of Crosbie Bookkeeping and Business Solutions. I started out doing bookkeeping for small business owners who felt embarrassed about how far behind they'd gotten, and quickly realized the books were never really the whole problem. It was the overflowing inbox. The tasks nobody had time for. The decisions being made without real clarity or support.
So Crosbie Bookkeeping grew into more than bookkeeping. Now I help founders get their numbers under control, hand off the back end work that's eating their time, and step into the kind of confident, in charge leadership they actually started their business for.

Yes. If your books are months or even a year behind, that's exactly where I start. We'll go through your transactions, get everything categorized and reconciled, and bring your books fully up to date before moving into regular monthly bookkeeping.

VA services are offered on a monthly basis. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month, so we'll make sure the scope matches what you actually need.

We work in QuickBooks Online, and that's where your bank feed will be securely connected. For receipts, we use Dext alongside QuickBooks Online to keep everything accurate and organized.

Yes, bookkeeping is done fully virtually, including receipts. Nothing needs to be mailed or dropped off, everything is uploaded and processed digitally.

Between sessions you'll get private access to a dedicated Slack channel and a shared Google Drive. That gives us a hub to track your goals, strategy, and progress together between sessions.

I work with Canadian small business owners. At this time, I'm not able to work with businesses based in Quebec for monthly bookkeeping packages due to tax requirements.
